One of the primary goals of the Ornithological Laboratory at the National University of Mongolia and the Society is to train and educate young generations of Mongolian ornithologists to bird research an conservation in the country.

Well educated and trained researchers at the laboratory easily get good occupations related to the field in Mongolia. They are working at the National Parks as wildlife biologist and officer of scientific and information departments, at the State University as lecturer, and at the private companies of eco-tourism in Mongolia.
